Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Operate the POS system to process guest orders and payments
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is an asset
